12th November 1978: Apollo Manchester This has been put forward as a date when Joy Division supported the Buzzcocks but they didn't - Subway sect did. Some newspaper adverts didn't list a support band, some listed Subway Sect. We have talked to someone who was at the concert and can remember it well. They are adamant that Joy Division did not perform.
